Thank you for exploring the different class styles designed to help you improve movement quality and feel fantastic.
Classes are offered at several locations throughout Saanich and Victoria.

Breathwork
FOCUS: Guided group meditations with Debbie Faa, along with Justina’s gentle positional suggestions to bring awareness on how the CNS and ANS systems work together in times of stress and how to downregulate. Practiced focus on deep breathing and movements in supportive group setting gives people the ability to integrate these healthy skills into their body and mind – becoming automatic skills when you are stressed.
FITNESS LEVEL: Chairs available as an option; please bring a mat if you have one.

Pilates
FOCUS: Deep core strength built off of whole body awareness and movement. Activate muscles that support the spine, open the hips, protect the joints, and utilize proper breathing mechanics.
FITNESS LEVEL: Accessible to most levels; modifications utilized; floor-based
Strength
FOCUS: Build functional strength and resilience with exercises that enhance agility, not cause injuries. Make your workout harder, by improving your quality of movement.
FITNESS LEVEL: Ideal for those who want to increase full-body vitality
Barre
FOCUS: Long, dynamic and elegant bodyweight exercises that target “muscles you didn’t know you have!” Every movement simultaneously elongates one area of the body as it strengthens another.
FITNESS LEVEL: For those wanting low-impact but still active class with a ‘refined’ feel
Aging Backwards
FOCUS: Emphasizes mobility, stretching, anti-aging movements, neuroplasticity, coordination and balance. Helps to increase mobility, joint health, and quality of movement as we age; not purely aesthetic.
FITNESS LEVEL: For intermediate-aged adults or anyone wanting movement longevity
Bungee
FOCUS: A dynamic workout using elastics to challenge muscles dynamically for both sports demands and everyday movement. Emphasis on full range, neuromuscular coordination and playfulness.
FITNESS LEVEL: Accessible, but ability to get onto floor required.

Private Sessions
RATE: 75-min session – $130 incl. gst
FOCUS: Each appointment fives you specific strategies to improve function. This isn’t a generic program – we address the root causes behind pain or limitations, so you can restore movement. You are welcome to record short videos during the session and we will take notes.
- Your home – I assess how you move and utilize what you have in your everyday environment to create a program with restoration techniques.
- Studio/Gym – Access to space that you may not have at home. Note – there will be an additional fee for studio or gym rental time.
On Demand
FOCUS: All of the classes and education from the comfort of your home. Sign up for a week or a month of unlimited access – cancel at anytime free of charge. You can also rent individual videos without a subscription.
