BALANCED BODY - starts September 16

A collaboration with Advanced Women’s Health 

An opportunity to transition into who you want to be!

A 6-week journey to grow — together as a holistic group program designed to support your body and mind through movement, education, and community. This is more than a fitness class or wellness talk — it’s a full-circle experience that combines:

  • Weekly group coaching calls on nutrition, stress, sleep, 3-month goal setting strategies, gut health, and  behavior change
  • Meaningful movement sessions in-person with Justina Bailey to find what inspires you through pilates, barre, yoga, weights, Essentrics Aging Backwards, Step & Balance
  • Optional naturopathic care (covered by many benefit plans)
  • A small, safe group of 4–6 women to connect and share the journey with
  • A personalized, one-on-one onboarding call to help you set clear intentions
  • Optional 1:1 fitness sessions available for personalized support

If you’re craving more consistency, a supportive community, or simply want to reconnect with your wellness goals — this was made for you. Spots are extremely limited to just 4-6 participants.

  Sept 25: Nutrition basics & group check-in

  Oct 2: Gut health, stress education & open discussion

  Oct 9: Sleep hygiene session & discussion

  Oct 16Post-program planning, revisit goals & build 3 -month plan

  Oct 23: Final assessments, long-term vision, transition plan
