Position: Functional Fitness Experience: Years Biography: I have had the pleasure of instructing Group Fitness for over 25 years.  Teaching is not a job for me, it’s a fun way to interact with a great group of likeminded people and do something I love every day.  I enjoy getting to know my participants and understand their goals and sometimes, limitations.  We create positive energy and success together at every class.  

I’ve been fortunate to teach a variety of disciplines for a broad range of people to include:Functional Fitness, Boot Camp, Circuit, Cycle, Step, Water Fitness and Strength & Cardio.  I believe working out is not just about looking good on the outside, it’s also feeling great on the inside – healthy and strong.  “Strive for progress, not perfection!”
