I started my yoga journey more than 20 years ago. At the time I was a certified Fitness Instructor, personal trainer and long-time fitness enthusiast. I had the opportunity to take some yoga classes when I was traveling and I was hooked. My yoga practice is now influenced by a variety of different disciplines; power, ashtanga, vinyasa, and kundalini.
For me, yoga provides the tools to live a life of presence, awareness, and compassion. My practice draws inspiration from the importance of building strong and resilient bodies through resistance stretching and functional movement.
In my classes I hope to empower participants to increase their mind and body awareness on and off the mat.
