Health & Function of the Lower Body Workshop
Walking is the main form of locomotion for humans. Why are there so many injuries that exist from everyday movements and exercise? Mobility and control are key components of healthy muscles and joints; a strong emphasis on movement quality will help you understand your body better. Common pathologies of the feet, knees, and hips will be discussed and accompanied by corrective exercises. This active seminar will leave you with a general understanding of lower body mechanics and tools for self-correction.
