If you live in the Oak Bay area and would like to participate in classes closer to home then sign up for the Aging Backwards class on Mondays at 11:00am. Aging Backwards is revolutionizing the way we understand the role fitness plays in slowing down the aging process while keeping our bodies young, attractive, strong and healthy. Justina Bailey has studied directly with Miranda Esmonde-White who developed program at her base in Montreal. Now you can experience a ‘live’ class as the same strengthening and lengthening workout described in the best-selling books. Classes are registered for a session and this class is popular so space is limited.
