Yes men, as with many of our classes, the Stretch & Core classes are also for you!  No matter your fitness level or discipline we all need to stretch those muscles and strengthen a balanced body.

This gentle class is designed to give you a full body workout paying close attention to alignment so you may get the most benefit out of each exercise. You will lengthen, stabilize and strengthen muscle groups while focusing on your core throughout the entire class.

Lynda has been involved in fitness for many years. Many years ago Lynda took up Yoga and then discovered Pilates she fell in love with it so much she decided to learn how to teach Pilates then Yoga and that was the beginning. She is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and a Personal Trainer. She believes that balance in life and fitness is very important so she went further and took many courses to round out her skills and experience including becoming a certified nutrition advisor. Lynda is also a qualified Zen-Ga instructor and loves teaching it as it a synergistic connection of the mind and body.
