I am interested in doing a classical stretch class, it looks like the only one offer is 45 mins on Sunday morning, is that correct? If you start offering more classes would you please contact me.
    Thanks, Terri

      Hi Terri,

There are a few classes similar to the Classical Stretch such as: Aging Backwards, Athletic Stretch, and Essentrics Barre the same elements of Classical Stretch. Let me know if you have more questions.

I watched Miranda White’s presentation and realized how much sense it made and feel that being 77 yrs. old I should do these stretches. I am trying to get back into lawn bowling and I feel these stretch courses would benefit me immensely. I would be interested in weekly classes, perhaps three times weekly.

Hi Sharon. Yes, they sound like they would help rebalance the body from exercises that demand more from one side. Lots of people are seeing a vast difference in quality of movement and performance. Stop in anytime that is convenient for a drop in class and there will be more community center classes in the fall.
