Bungee Intro Workout
Come get your sweat on! Push yourself to your athletic limits while having fun. Bungee classes are broken into two half our sessions filled with high intensity exercises. The first half focuses on toning and firming your glutes. This of it as a hard core Brazilian Butt Workout Bungee style! The second half of the class focuses on using the bungee to increase upper body strength.
