Think yoga without the yoga class. Kyla will move you through some functional and tension releasing poses, focus on breath and mediation, and allow you the 45-60 minutes of quiet time YOU deserve.

Registered class only for 6 week sessions with a 1 week break in between which you can utilize for one-on-one sessions or take advantage of a time-out.
