Classical Stretch Yoga
The original Classical stretch is over 5000 years old and stems for the movements of yoga. This class is designed to develop inner strength and refine posture with a focus core and stabilizing muscles. Key alignment adjustments are offered to encourage recruitment of muscles and breath is used to release areas of unnecessary holding. Most people push themselves too hard and are actually creating more tension and pain, whereas allowing the body to unfold ultimately encourages a deeper range of motion instead of forcing it. Modifications provided for beginners or to expand practice.
